Shipping + Handling



After your purchcase on you will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Twelvepieces will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped.

Contact costumer service if any problems occur. Twelvepieces is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All transport risks associated are assumed by the courier.


International orders

Twelvepieces ships to international countries, please email us if you’re unsure about your country. Customer is responsible for all customs duties taxes & fees.


 Exchanges & Returns

Twelvepieces allows returns and exchanges up to 12 days of the order delivery date. all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Original invoice must be provided with any return. Exchange shipping will be paid by Twelvepieces. Return shipping will be paid by customer.


Once the returned product arrive, it will be inspected by the Twelvepieces team. If team twelvepieces determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

We expect you to dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal, and you must return them within 30 days.
